Really trying to do good on a paleo lifestyle, but its hard when you don’t have a Monday thru Friday 8-5 job. Sometimes I think for hours where and what I can eat and sometimes it’s maddening. I haven’t stepped on a scale to see if I have lost any weight, but I have noticed changes within myself.
1. My sleep is better and I generally don’t even have to set an alarm clock any more.
2. I have more energy
3. I have noticed some clothes I have not fitting me like they use to.
4. My left leg is not numb and painful as much as before.
5. I don’t feel like I’m going to pass out if I skip a meal anymore, though my stomach still makes its voice heard.
